Hello.
I just got a new Wake Pro 230 and I have not been able to connect to the blue tooth. At first we could see it but couldn't connect. Now, nothing. I've tried pushing the button, not pushing the button, etc. but no joy. I haven't disconnected the battery yet, as I haven't confirmed that it won't mess up the programming while in break-in mode. Any advice?

try multiple devices first, if none of them work I don't see how disconnecting the battery will upset any programming. If that doesn't work, it's new so I would be right back at the dealer.
 
When you turn the speakers on then press the button again is the light on the play/pause button flashing? If so it should be searching for a device to connect to. If it still isn’t being discovered by any of your devices I would recommend going to the dealer and let them take a look
 
Sometimes devices such as iPhone need a good reset or restart. Some radios/speakers sets will sometimes search for a device for a fixed period of time (one minute or two) then cease to look until your restart them..
