Almost swamped new jet ski due to bilge not draining

So, I have a new fish pro trophy jet ski, haven’t put much time on it till about a week ago. I put it in the water for the Ft Lauderdale air show weekend and left it in the water till my new floating dock arrived last week. I got it on the dock and found it was half full of water. I had installed a bilge per directions and routed the drain hose to one of the drain outlets in the back (pictured) but it wasn’t draining. Pulled the hose off and it flowed fine. Where do y’all hook up your bilge outlet?

You have a leak! You should not have any water in your ski. That pump only runs when ski is on. I think that pump only does three gallons per min. Not much. It sounds like you have more water common in than what is being pumped out Check all of your hose connection tightness. C
