Access through center console

Hey guys I have a 01 seadoo rx and im trying to replace the grey fuel line but I need to get to the zip tie underneath where the flip up storage compartment is. How do I remove that piece to get access into the hull? It looks like the reverse lever is attached to the whole thing.

post a pic, but if it's anything like the GSX, you remove the steering assembly to gain easier access.
