Type?

Welcome to the forum Chuck, glad to have you!
I may be of some help but I'll need a little more info. What type GSX do you have. The GSX limited has the 947cc engine and the GSX-RFI has the 787cc engine.
The only thing they both have in common, electrically, is the MPEM (multi purpose electronic module). Have you checked the fuses on this module?
Let me know your engine type if the fuses are good and we'll take a look and see what we can figure out for you.

BTW, the forum offers premium membership with the Seadoo manual library that has all this information in it for you to research. If it's only a question or two, I may be able to help but if it gets involved, you may want to look at becoming a premium member so that you'll be able to help in solving the problem.
I have a feeling it's going to be your CDI module. I just don't know if you have the "digital inductive" type or the "digital DC-CDI" type.
Again, welcome to the forum.

Strange?

It seems you've checked everything and there coming back good. You've checked and replaced the trigger coil, coil and the DC-CDI ignition (mpem), so there's not a lot left here.
Have you done the advanced diagnostic test on the DESS yet? Try this,

With everything connected but your DESS lanyard, press the start stop button 5 times for the advanced mode. You'll know your in the advanced mode because you'll hear two beeps. After your in advanced mode, put your lanyard key on. After putting your lanyard key on, if there are any beeps that follow, count them, whether they are long or shot and send me back the results..............we'll go from there. Honestly, you've checked everything that could possibily keep you from getting fire. The DC-CDI receives the input from the trigger coil and signals the ignition coil when to fire. It's that simple. Unless you've changed the stator and rectifier or any of the other electricals with a different ski that didn't use the same system. If so, this could also be causing you the problems.

No Spark

Question:
Are you absolutely, positively sure you don't have spark? How are your checking for spark? Spark on a jet ski is really hard to see if your trying to see it jump across the gap of a plug especially if your outside. The spark on a jet ski that's working correctly will look very weak compared to a car .
Just a thought,
Dawg

Don't do like my dopy neighbor did. He had his 12 yr old son hold the plug while he turned the motor over...while he was grounded by the engine...You can go to auto zone and get a plug check guage for about $10.00 it grounds the plug and lights up with the spark. Or E-bay...for about $15.00

Spark

And always be careful when checking for spark. A jet ski hull with ANY kind of fuel vapors present can and probably will light up right in your face if you create a spark. The hulls vent slowly even with the seat off.
