I just picked up a ski and got it home. Here is what the sequence of events looks like:
Got home, put battery on charger. Initially got two short beeps and it cranked. Battery died and I used a jump box. Battery overheated and I took it out, got a new battery installed. Once new battery in, no more beeps, no crank when start button pressed.
I checked all fuses on MPEM, electrical box up front (5/15) and inspected for any burnt wires. Battery is good.
I jumped across solenoid and motor turns over just fine.
Before I start taking apart the steering covers…..what steps are suggested?
I fear I burned my MPEM up when I put the juice to her
