I put a meter on the battery and not running it is at 13.36 volts. When running and revving up will go about to about 14.30 but starts cutting out. I came and check the battery and basically dead. Put on charger then took reading. Then started but until a rev it up the volts didn't increase

I wanted to check and see if I had a draw on the battery so I removed the negative cable from the battery and took on end of the test light on the battery and the other end on the negative cable and my light came on. I then did the same thing using my volt meter and I am getting 12.97 volt draw. Is this normal I know on my snowmobile I get not drawn when it is off

No. You shouldn’t have really any draw with the ski off.

Also even with the charging system dead you can ride for a few hours just on battery power. If the battery is dead in 10 minutes you have a major short.

I am going to start pulling fuses until I see the draw go away then I will at least know were my issue is

Ok I sent through every fuse and when removed nothing change. I then started with the connectors on the back half of the jet ski and still nothing. I then went to the front end and when I removed this middle bottom connector from the box my short went away. What is my next step and what does this effect?

Unplug the mag connector, and see what happens when you plug the big connection back in. Could be wrong but I think the 3 large connecations in that plug go to the mag (charging coil)

I removed the Mag connector and same thing showing 12v drain. I even checked the small ground wires next to it and they look good

A few updates: Left battery hooked up for the past three days and no drop. Took the jetski down to the water and left it on the trailer in the water and ran it with a load for 30 minutes. I shut the engine off a few time and started it back up with no issues. Kept my meter on the battery and it was always showing charging. Ran it on the trailer for 30 minutes at different throttle positions and it never died or had trouble starting again. Not sure if I just had a bad connection but it seems fine but until I take if for a ride I will not know for sure. Pretty windy out today and didn't want to have to be pulled back in again. Any ideas?

Simply load test the battery,,,(fully charged) ,,,and quietly remove it from your diagnostic equation.
