96 challenger flowing fuses

So there is an electrical board under the front storage tray that has about 4 fuses on is and a couple of electrical plugs that go into it, I can find it in the parts diagram, but all 4 of my fuses were blown and when i try to replace one they just blow about, does anyone know what this board is for or what i can do to fix it? I need a manual or an electrical diagram to find what these fuses control. Thanks for all the help. Mike

Thanks for the info, I ordered the manual today. I am assuming these things control the bilge and blower and navigation lights becasue my boat runs fine and the gauges work and light up too but my fan and bilge dont work. I have 12v going to all fuses

I now have a manual, if i try to replace one it just almost instantly blows, one time the board started smoking

any takers on whats causing this? I cant find any shorts but its acting like its a dead short.
