I'm having a problem with my 96 GTI. It seems to start cold just fine and mid range to top end seems about right with lminimal hesitiation if any. After the ski sits after being run for some time it acts like is flooded having to give it full throttle until it starts. It will stumble for a while then clean out eventually.
Heres my questions, Pop off question is 45lbs, 130 high, 67.5 low, about a turn and half out on the low speed adjuster to get a good idle. Given the above any clues...I'm thinking bad pop off pressure or possibly bad needle.
I have looked hard for the correct pop off pressure for this set up with no luck other than anglefire's site which give a very broad spec...Oh I forgot its still got the factory 1.2 seate
