Came to this forum for help and read about many similar problems. We then
1. Pulled, cleaned the carb
2. Adjusted hi and low speed
3. No help
4. Pulled tank, replaced all fuel lines and fuel filter
5 Cleaned "On, Off, Res" switch
6. Starts and runs good up to half throttle
6. It now runs at hi speed for about 5 seconds
7. Optimum settings Hi Speed 0 Lo Speed 1.5

This is an occasional use PWC. (20 hours a year) Don't need racing performance but would like for the grandchildren to be able to take it out on weedends and spin it a few times. We're amateur mechanics so please use simplest language possible.
Thanks for any help.

Same problem

I had similar problem with my 94.. Check the gasket on the inline filter, I had mine get a little crimp so it sucked air.. I also got rid of the fuel switch, I took the line off the reserve side and connected directly to the carbs.. The machine now runs great..
