I replaced the solonoid inside the electrical box, I wired everything per the manual and I get nothing. (No start, not even a click) I can jump across the top leads and start it right up. This is driving me crazy any help? Thanks in advance.

check your tether switch. the waterproof switch worked its way out of the plunger frame on my 92. I recentered it recrimped the wire within the frame and it fired right up. See my post for michdooers problem and bypassing the switch. good luck!!

Does it actually run when you jump the starter?

If so I would clean or replace the relay in the electrical box. Trace the yellow and red wire to the associated relay. Carefully remove the black plastic cover and use a burnishing tool on the contacts. Keep in mind this is advise from a novice seadoo owner with 2 93 Gtx's not running since the 4th of July.
If you find anyone (reputable) in San Diego who works on these old PWC's let me know. I expected to run these easy for a few trips this summer on the Colorado to the sand bar and back with women with low self esteme. It doesnt look like thats going to happen for me this year. This is the last time I will ever let someone drive my stuff.

Check the continuity of the Safety Switch Lanyard. It is normally "open". The color codes of the 2 wires are Black and Black/Yellow. These feed back into the electrical module box. The Start /Stop switch is normally "open". The color codes of the 2 wires are Black, that goes direct to ground, (to stop the engine), and the Yellow/Red that goes to the electrical module box. Check the continuity of this switch too.

I hope this helps.

I think it's my relay

First, thanks for all the advice! Second, I just tested my relay's and nothing. So, I think it's time to go shopping and then go from there.

if you mean the 2 automotive cube relays within the electric box, the 2 side by side I have a source for you.

Still not cranking over

I believe I have power to every wire that needs it, but, I still can't get this thing to crank using the switch. I have 4.3 volts going to the start switch. I can't find anywhere were it says how much voltage I should have.
