looking for some help. Rebuilt carb with all new mikuni parts including needle and seat. the venturi for the main jet on the carb starter/front side of ski will drip at idle. I tried raising pop off pressure and different springs and nothing changes. Anyone know how to correct this. Only thing i read was to add a second layer to the check valve on the kindney.

Is it causing any running issues?

Don't mess with pop-off if it is within spec and using the correct spring and seat.

Yes i can’t set the idle correct. Way to much fuel it will bog when i hit the throttle only runs well at wide open throttle. I think i was able to add a video to the original post

That’s strange. Should not be dribbling with stock settings and parts.

Is the engine vibrating really bad?

No its not shacking to bad. Only thing i didnt change brand new is the t handle screw and the high jet screw.

If you set your pop-off pressure with the diaphragm and cover off, you should check it again with the cover on. If the needle arm is set too high, the diaphragm will contact it and allow fuel into the main jet which comes out in the venturi. And you wont get a pressure build up to check the pop-off psi.
