If the sensor tests good, I would think it is good. It is possible that the computer circuit that is reading the sensor is failed. Can you trace the wiring back to that?
I am not familiar at all with this boat.

I did ohms test on starboard side it tested good. the one on the port side I get nothing but it is different cause it only has the 1 wire. Should it be reading anything when I test ohms from tan/blue to ground? When I did continuity test I got nothing and thats what manual says you should get. Unless I tested it wrong. Should I just Buy another sensor for the hell of it. All these parts are adding up Id rather not buy something I dont need.

Details matter.
When you say "got nothing", do you mean 0 ohms (continuity) or infinite ohms? (Infinite ohms is usually displayed as "OL" on a digital meter.)

Back at it. Ok it is 100% not running hot. I spliced a pump inline between the 2 heads and pulled water through engine since hose wasnt getting it by its self. so now water is flowwing through jacket while on hose. Let engine run a bit never got over 150 to 170 with laser on head surfaces. alarm sounds constant while key is on as soon as key is on. the wire diagram I have for my manual doesnt appear to match for my gauges and key start ect.... everything behind the cluster. Is it possible the key on alarm that should just beep for a second or 2 be stuck. I can disconnect the alarm but that does solve my problem. cant be low oil all that is removed. If I disconnect both over heat sensors the alarm still sounds. Thinking of just installing a temp. gauge with a new sender. Im going to try and take it out this weekend for a first run since time changes I might get a chance after work.

So I found the source of constant alarm. If I unplug what I assume is the fuel level sender. It is 3 pink wires 1 with blk, 1 w/gray, 1 just pink. Alarm shuts off if I unplug this plug with those wires at top of tank. Will low fuel sender give constant beep if fuel is low. the gauge appears to be working but I never filled tank just added 5 gallons for testing.
