2004 GTI LE RFI won’t restart

It seems my 2004 GTI LE RFI will start after sitting for a while. It runs very well. The idle is (and has been for a while) a bit rough. If it dies or I turn it off I can’t get it to restart. It cranks and cranks but doesn’t sound like it is close to firing. I changed out spark plugs. It started right up after being off and ran well. Stopped it and tried to restart and had the same thing. Not sure if the plugs are fouling and that is preventing restart? Any other thoughts? The spark plug in front was new and has 15 min of running on it. The spark plug in back is the one that was replaced.

Extra info: before this problem started I did add oil to the reservoir. I bought XPS full synthetic 2T. However, it had snowmobiles on the front of the bottle. Different temp range and viscosity?
I also filled up the reservoir to the top. Could that be causing extra head pressure and the pump is now injecting extra oil?
I doubt either of those is the problem but the ski ran really well the 3 times before adding the new oil.

Those are really rich for having 15 minutes on them.
Check the oil injection adjustment on the pump at the front of the engine.
