2003 XPDI won't go over 30.

Just got back from shop where new starter was installed. Now it won't go over 30 and the maintenance light keeps comiing on.

Is it safe to drive until I get it back to shop or should I just not use.

with that kind of problem I would not continue to drive it around as it may cause damage....but thats just my 2 cents

did it work fine before they worked on it, and now after it does this? I would take it back to them and see what is wrong, but on the same note understand yes they could have done something that have caused it or somethings just happen and it just so happend at the same time.

and another thing to think about is lets say they did do something that accidently caused your problem and you keep riding it and it does damage....they might refuse to fix it since you ignored the problem? hope this helps your understanding.
