im drunk but i can still tell you impeller has some nics out of it and does not look like new your dealer sucks. you really need to check the wear ring clearens i said it lots of times befor. change the wear ring thing 30-40 buck american. To me it look like its had some graval sucked up. In my opinion you need to re furb or replace the impeller and replace the wear ring. Impeller and wear ring need to be 100% PERFECT for perfect performance. at some point in time the perivious owner has suck something up so you need to address the problem start with replaceing the wear ring if that doesnt help then youll need to replace the impeller.

I don't understand how much the nose goes up, one of the advantages of a direct drive is the fact that the nose dosn't rise as much as a inboard outboard, if someone has fitted a wedge to the pump which put it at the wrong angle this could cause what you are discribing, but we need to work out if the nose is lifting too much.
Wear ring you can do yourself, it still could be a carbon seal as well.
pay for a month's membership and get yourself that workshop manual, it will help you out heeps or find a new dealer that is willing to help !!
