2003 islandia-no power to guages

I have a 2003 islandia with a 250 mercury optimax. My three guages don't work (speed, rpm's and fuel) I've checked the fuses and also tested the power feed with a voltage tester, it looks like there is no power coming to the fuse box. Any suggestions?

Did you check the fuses in the engine compartment? My 2009 islandia has fuses behind the dash and also in the engine compartment. My gage fuses are in the engine compartment.

On his boat... I think the only fuses in the rear are on the engine... and are for the engine system.

Do you have a full wiring diagram for that boat?

The negative terminal on the battery has two black cables (One thinner then the other) make sure both black negative cables are indeed connected to the negative terminal of the battery.
