2002rxdi rev problem

A good friend has a 2002rxdi and it will not accelerate over 30 mph does anyone know what the problem might be?

Possibly a sensor, wear ring, or a few other things. You need to check the charging system on this. The 947 DI motor was a piece of junk. If it does not have a good charging system it will not run right.

you might be using the learner key
