1998 gts cutting out

jet ski runs fine at idle and low low speeds but as soon as you give it full throttle it stalls. I have replaced fuel lines, had carb cleaned out and checked out. new fuel filter, gas drained and fresh gas added.
also i have tryed running off the reserve tank with no success and also i have tryed pulling the choke while driving to see if maybe it was a loss of fuel.

i pulled the fuel line from the carb and it is FULL of fuel.

additionally i have noticed that when you go to put it in reverse or drive the arm is very stiff and hard to push in or pull out. much stiffer than last summer. some one suggested that it could be something with the drive line.

any suggestions or ideas would be appreciated.

disconnect the red wire from rectifier...if fixes problem, need rectifier..also, set carb to 1.25 on lsa, and 0 on hsa...

how long can i run it with the red wire disconnected. What does the rectifier do?

hey Kerry...run it long enuf to see if it sputters again. The rectifier keeps the battery charged..

i finally figured out that there was spark but not enough. the groud cable from the battery to the block was not making a good connection... Have a new prob now...starting new post thanks timmy
