1998 718 seadoo-oil in engine problem

my friends purchased a 1998 seadoo sportster 1800 jet boat, it's been sitting for a yr, the guy he bought it from said there was a problem w/ the oil injection, anyway, we just took the carb off the stbd engine to rebuild it and the intake manifold is full of oil to the top where the carb bolts on, any suggestions?? thanks!!!!

not good, dude.....syphon that out, then mark you oil bottle, to see if it bleeds in again, and/or after done going thru carb, see if oil is back. Sounds likethe inner seal on the crank is shot.

looks like i'm pulling the motor and putting a crank kit in it, oh well

pulled both engines and started on the port engine- pressure tested the crankcase at 15 psi overnite-it is fine-pressure tested the oil injection pump/hose assy- it failed!!!! over 3 minutes the pressure drops from 5 psi to 0-air/oil bubbling out of oil injection nozzles in the intake-what do you all think?
