I have a 1997 Seadoo gtx jet ski. I was riding smoothly about 30mph and a big boat cut me off flying up the lake. I hit the wake and we went about 4 ft in the air. Nice ride. Lol
However when we landed the jetski turned off. I check under the seat to make sure i wasn't flooded and i was not. So i tried to start the jet ski and i had a hard time starting it. Once it did start i could only go about 5 mph and i had no throttle. I had my friend tow me the next 2 miles to his house on the lake. When we got there and looked at the jet ski we tried to start it. I havent been able to start it since. Any suggestions on what to check. I did notice today that there was 2 stroke oil laying in the hull back by the battery area.
