1997 gsx electrical problems

Hi, I'm very happy that you exist, well y have a 1997 gsx seadoo and i was riding it after rebuilt the carbs, it was running nice when suddenly stops. When i try to crank its give me a long beep after the 2 of the correct key and wont start. I cross the hot cables and it does turn the motor quickly. I charge the battery just in case but it do the same. I take the measure on the starter relay yellow (+) wire and when i press the start button give me 7.5V if i jump that wire the motor turn. any kind of help i will aprisheate.
Also the 15 amp fuse is kind of melted but not blown. :boxing_smiley:

15amp, i believe its for the VTS,..disconnect it...then giva try.

I think the solenoid positive wires should have 15 volts. I dont think the solenoid steps down the power it should just be a switch.
