Finally got the gtx out and it was running great then was having problems getting up to speed. seemed to be running on one cylander (front), Changed plugs with no luck. When WOT would surge with some power and then back to low revolutions (around 3000rpm). On way back to shore wife heard a loud pop, the RAVE piston blew again on the front. I beleieve the lack of power/one cylinder may be because I need to clean the carbs. what I would like to know is what aould keep destroing the RAVE piston? The front one had a hole through it and I replaced when I got it about a month ago, then first time out it destroys the piston again. Thanks for any help.
