I had a 95 speedster given to me has been in storage for 7 years. In 2013 the right engine was rebuilt then boat was winterized. I charged batteries turn the key and 1 beep. I do not have a lanyard on it .. is the boat a dess system.? Or can I by pass that kill switch. Turn key and bilge and exhaust fan works but no crank.. please help I really would rather have it on water than that n my driveway.
