Recently rebuilt my carbs and changed the accelerator pump 1/8 hose because the old one had a rub spot near a bolt. I knew nothing about an in hose recharge jet and have since tossed the old hose. Does anyone know if this year and model came with this in hose check valve. My gtx runs great everywhere except 2700 rpm it will occasionally stall and always stumble around there, so I'm thinking it may be I tossed a check valve
with my old hose

I'm pretty sure that all the Seadoo Mikuni's, that have the Accl pump... have the check valve in the hose.

Thanks for your reply..... time to hunt down a little check valve and figure out which hose it should be in.

So found the part in the parts diagram looks to be #82 in the 3/16 fuel line from pto carb fuel supply to accelerator pump inlet nipple. Many call this a check valve but I am guessing it is more like a leak jet on an fcr carb to adjust the volume of fuel squirt, where the dia of the hole determines how much fuel goes thru pump vs back to carb feed. Problem is everywhere I look nobody has this jet for my ski (2000 GTX)
if I knew the dia I could make my own. Really wish I did not throw the old hose out.

I've played with a bunch of FCR's over the years... and I don't think it's a leak jet. On the FCR... the leak jet, bypass fuel to tune the accl pump squirt volume. BUT... the accl pump has a separate feed into the bowl, with a check valve. The accl pump would have a heck of a time re-filling fast enough if if filled via the leak jet.

Knowing that... I don't think the feed hose on the Mikuni is a jet. I'm pretty sure its a small check valve. (you wouldn't want to refill though a metered orifice)

Yep makes sense.. found the part check valve at seadoo parts central and ordered it
its part #82 in the diagram seadoo # 270500443 it apears to be in the 3/16 line from pto body to acc pump inlet thanks for the help.
