Ok after replacing all the lines and rebuilding the carbs replacing all the gaskets in the whole engine, I have taken thing apart completly several times now been dealing with this since august, I found all the black crap in everything, cleaned it all changed the lines, rebuilt the carbs...

Diaphragms Mine were out of shape and pushing down on the needle all the time and it was running bad flooding blackening the front cylinder because the front was worse, it's only suppose to push down when the throttle is pushed down it makes a vacuum and pushes it down, mine were not flexing...

Did you rebuild the carbs when you had them apart? Just wondering, I had a problem with the gray lines and took the carbs apart and cleaned, but then I saw that the round black diaphgrams were bad you could tell by looking at them and the front one was worse than the back. My front cylinder...

My carbs had bad diaphragms inside. While you have them apart may as well put a rebuild kit, I just had problems alot like yours but it may be something else, wonder how all that looked... anyway good luck.

Different pump I was thinking about I was thinking about the fuel pump anyway they have a bunch of parts.

Anyone with the same problem and if you have gray fuel lines...he's right they make a huge mess of the whole fuel system, I took it all apart and everything was full of black tar like stuff from the lines, thanks jhjesse.
