    discolored windshields

    advance auto has a bumper trim paint or bumper coating in a black like color and it works perfect. very close match to original and semi translucent. make sure the windshields are clean. don't sand. i'm telling you this stuff is perfect for those.

    One Engine won't start

    sounds silly but my boat( the starboard engine) does the same thing when the fuel is low.. not empty but low. Past the point of the reserve but when i look at the tank i can see fuel four five inches up.

    uh oh i had to "limp in" on one engine last week for about a 1/4 mile at just over idle speed. do i have a ruined engine that is full of water sitting in my garage. i remember reading about blocking off the lines, but i thought that was over 15mph or so.

    yes, thank you that helps. i have the six bolts/screws off. i've been gently prying but was afraid to keep that up. i was not sure if there was a hidden bolt or screw connection i was unaware of. i don't have a good way to heat that up so i hope i don't need to. thanks again.

    i made the mistake of following through with a brilliant idea i had to remove the ride shoe to re-seal along with the pump/ride shoe seal. well, i can't get the dern thing off and have already started. any ideas.............please help.
