Oetiker clamp install kind of failed - ride or replace?

So, I got this oetiker clamp that failed on install. Is this no good? Or fine since it's applying pressure?

An Oetiker clamp does not fail on install, only when it is installed incorrectly or the wrong size is used.

You aren't wrong. However.
I think it was a "bootleg" clamp. It was definitely different than what I got later from the dealer.

Solved. The local dealer sold me four.

One way to put it, cheap clamp or $1500 IBR.... it's not ok in that spot.
