You're supposed to put 518 in the groove at the top of the cylinder.

I guess i should have read every word. Oh well lesson learned. Where else could it be comming from.Don't know. Did you put the 518 on the two exhaust mani screws? You can't, well I don't skip anything the manual says to do. I'm not taking a chance. I also pressure test every engine, especially the cooling side

How did you know water was getting in there? What did you torque the head to? What sequence did you torque the head in? Is the head on the right way? Yes, it's can go on 2 ways but only one is right. Does the o-ring looked pinched? How did you clean the old gaskets off, what tool? Post good hi res non blurry pics, please.
I mentioned before about how you need the manual, I wasn't kidding. This isn't elementary school where there is no engine left behind, a play on the no child left behind. If they didn't want you too read every word in the manual they would have just printed every other word. I mean come on, you're putting hard earned money into this, put your heart and soul into it. Ok, rant over, now get to figuring out the issue.
