Figured it would be a nice addition to this forum. Sea-doo prices it seems can vary extremely depending on where you are in north america. I have seen most gti 130's in canada priced at 10,000 and beyond in canada as where in georgia as per ex they can be had for 7500. Did some calling around to local dealers this week and last and it seems after freight and pdi up here they are fairly consistant to msrp, the 2up 60hp, being 6200, and the 2upho with 90 hp and ibr being 7600 to 7800, convience package ads another 300 to total. These prices are out the door plus tax. Funny thing is though I seemed to know more about the options than the dealers did :0 , go figure. These prices are from western Canada.
So what is everyone else being quoted???

7600 Canadian Dollar equals
$7,369.34 US Dollar

Please use CAD and USD, just so we are on the page :)

7400 isn't bad for a brand new ski. my XP was 7200USD new in 2002. so that's only $200USD more, which, adjusted for inflation is... nothing, it's actually cheaper!

My local dealer has the Spark 2up NON-HO for $4,999 then the 2up HO is $5,699, and the 3up is $6,299 USD. That includes freight and prep as stated on their website in big red honkin' letters. I could be on the water on a 3up for $6677.

Thanks for that Racerxxx, how much is the 2upho with ibr there including freight and prep??
anddddd do u have a link to that page

Here you go, they are just listing the base price, no options. I'm sure no dealer is going to list them with every possible "configuration" of options. You can see the freight and prep included in the bright red letters. I know you see the * next to the price and you drop down and read the fine print and it lists "prep etc..." but they are not charging that as stated.

Thats over 2000 dollars on top of the 6200 mrsp , and for me thats too much , you add the price of a new trailer to that and it gets close to 9000 dollars . Where did the affortability go ??? ...

4 bills for Doc fees and then they add $150 for registration and title fees.

WOW is all I can say.

I'd tell them no way,,,,

That is just insane. No break in price at all.

The assy part is what ticks me off. Seadoo's come fully assembled. I understand the fee for quads because they do have to prep them. On a seadoo they pull them out of the crate and then remove plastic.

Even if there is minor assembly required. The price quoted is to high.

There is no way in hell that Im gonna buy that ski for that kind of money ,those guys at the dealer are crazy . Here in South Florida all the dealership will eat you alive with hidden and stupid fees . I would not pay a penny over 7000 out the door for a spark

Hey you forgot they have to plug it into the computer and put your name and delivery date...lol Usually the bars are down too, but the steering on the spark is all one piece. It does not have a knuckle.

We are paying $6800 for a 2 up H.O with the conveinence package. So the $8000 doesnt surprize me for the 3up. It has the H.O. Standard and then ibr and the added cost just for the 3up.

Afordability is just the 2 up 60hp machine. If you want more you pay more.

It is just like on any car commercial. They state the startng price at like $18000 but show the fully loaded model with leather, premium sound system, premium wheels and in small lettering on the screen it will state model shown $28999.

You can buy a v6 camaro cheap but if you want the ss the price is almost 60% higher. You get what you pay for.

Jetskigoodies . I dont have a problem with the model msrp ($6200) my friend ... I think is a fair price , my complaint is about the 2000 dollars in stupid fees wisch by the way applies to all 3 models not only the 3up

Ours is $6800 out the door.

Initial price $5000
H.O. $700
Conveinence package $200
The other $900 is destination fee, title, registration and tax which tax alone is about $400
So there is not that much in extra fees. Msrp never includes any of that other crap. Just like cars, they have tax title, prep and destination charges too. Actually just like anything you buy new.

Any decently equipped Spark is going to be over 6500.00 , and that's for the 2 seater model.
If you have a wife or girlfriend, things will cost more !! 3 Seater, drinks, food, decals, mat kit, etc, etc, etc.

Clothes, jewelry, purses ect ect.... ;-)

I'll take mine disassembled please, and drop it off at my door if the dock wants so much as freight is a given but it looks like dock fee is a double charge.

It's a "doc" fee which, if it is like a car sale, is a documentation fee. For a jetski, that is crazy. Unless you are just dying to own one, tell them you will pay MSRP plus tax and title fees. The rest is tacked on profit.

If you want the best deal you can get, plan on coming to sunny Minnesota in January for the Boat Show. I have heard reports of 2 sparks on a trailer for $159/mo. from what Im told the only profit being made that weekend is on the accessories.
