it was moot. the local ACE since it's all of 400 sq ft does not have 2.5" PVC.

Off to lowes so I can get 5% off and drag out the 30 days on plastic.

buying plastic with plastic.

'Merica.

That small hole was what caused all the issue.

Replaced the large rubber hose, new PVC resonator, and also a new exhaust outlet (it was also melted, but looked functional, but why not for $15?)

Not yet sure how I plan to keep the PVC from banging around when I beat the crap out of this ski...

any suggestions?
Ohh, and it's all 2" PVC from lowes

3 of the same part
1 of another

all 45 bends.

I also removed the driveshaft on my 2002 XP. Visually it looks bent, and when I roll it across a concrete floor.. it wobbles... so... yea... that's not what I'd call strait any more!

stupid rope!

I anchored it with an angled bracket fastened right behind the battery and two handcuff grade zip ties to holes in that. It could be made long enough to route under the footwell where the resonator was. In fact, my exhaust guy is fabbing me a pipe that will do that exact thing out of stainless which I am replacing this Winter. I would have no issues using PVC for life, but the ski is coming fully apart this Winter for a total restore.

I'll have to think about the anchoring solution.

Stainless would be nice. My solution was under $4.00 lol. if it melts in 5 years, I'll spend another $5.00
