Hi guys, i want to get on to the water but not spend more then 3000 if any body has like an older sportster or speedster or small challenger i am very interested just post and let me know i dont know if i can recive private messages yet but if i can pm also

Try craigslist. Use a CL search site. I use tempest. google it. Just using Long island, I searched and found several around $4000 in NJ. they might be in your price range if you negotiate.
