WSM Pistons kit, Are they reliable?

Hi guys,

Just checking if anyone had any experience with these? I was told by a mech here that 10yrs years ago they were are common for the clip to come off and **** the hole engine up.

Any feedback?

Your link doesn't work... but I haven't heard anything bad about them. I know there have been a lot of engines built with those kits on this site.

Also... if a wrist pin clip comes out of the hole... there is a better chance that the person who installed it, bent it... or didn't get it seated all the way.

i've ordered at least 5 WSM kits in the past year, 4 787 and 1 951,, also 2 platinum kits as well for my personal ski's.

no issues.
