I just posted in the 4 str section for winterizing help. I also have a 2001 RX 2 stroke. I need to find out where to purge the system with antifreeze. Pictures would help. Thanks in advance

Thanks guys.
One question. Before I got the right info, I hooked up a short garden hose to the rear fitting, I then filled the hose with antifreeze, then I blew air into the hose with my compressor without the motor running.
In hindsight I was trying to force liquid passed the pump. Is there any chance I damaged anything?

Blowing it through that way may have gotten the antifreeze in the cylinders. Pull the plugs then turn the engine over to see if you have liquid in there. You could do it by hand. If you use he starter, be sure to ground the caps.

You won't hurt anything. But, start the engine for a few seconds, to make sure none of the water/antifreeze got into the cyl's.

I always to the antifreeze first... and then start it, to fog the engine.
