Winter storage - battery tender

I have an 07 Wake (new) and had it winterized. Now I'm wondering what I should use to keep the battery charged over the winter? Any brand recommendations are appreciated.
When I get a charger, do I need to disconnect the battery or can I leave it connected while charging it?
It's in the garage for the winter.

I would disconnect the battery and run a battery tender on it once in a while. I took both mine out of the skis so they don't sit outside and freeze. Once a month, I will flip the switch and the battery tender will come on.

:agree: Yep, that's it in a nut shell. If you leave the battery connected to the seadoo it could surge the electrical components, and it should be inside safe and sound.

Try Auto Zone or Walmarts... the lower the amps the better.
