why is my seadoo jet ski still not starting.(Details included) Help?

ive had a oil leak problem on my 1999 gtx bombardier. the guy changed the tank and the lines. he rode it to my house. then the next day i rode it and it was working fine. the next day i was starting up i heard 2 beeps when u put the key in like always. then when pressing the start/stop button it goes BEEP BEEP every time i hit start. whats the problem? i even charged it over night and its a new battery used about 3 times.

Some times mine does that and I just remove the lanyard and put it back on and it works. Could be dirty too.Try doing a self diagnostic test if that doesn't work.
You have to do this manually.
1. Remove safety lanyard cap from watercraft switch.
2. Press 5 times on the watercraft start/stop button.
NOTE: 1 short beep and 1 long beep must be heard. They validate beginning of diagnostic mode.
3. Install safety lanyard on watercraft switch.
4. Press the watercraft start/stop button again.
NOTE: If everything is correct, engine will start. If you get other beeps post what they are.

short in the key switch? maybe if he was taking off the covering he yanked a wire by accident and the key switch might not be working right, or a wire is messed up might be why its not starting... check all wiring, all oil levels, all other fluids, make sure the saftey strap that attaches to your hand is fully connected
