Thanx seadooya ,here the deal I got a new motor and ran it at like 28 to 1 for the first tank then the next 5 gals was at 30to 1 straight up I then did the next 5 gals at 40 to 1 and it seems that my machine has seized up .
I towed it home and squirted wd40 down the cylinder and got it free up some ,then took the head off and had some scoaring .
I didn,t even have it wide open throttle all weekend rode for 3 days with no problems then this =(
Any ideas whats going on? or where to go next

thanx

That would be 1 gallon of oil per fuel tank for me. I am not sure how many gallons the 95 holds.

My question would be, why did you need to get a new motor to begin with? Was there an oil issue that caused the last one to go bad? Are you just doing premix? If so, do you still have the tank and lines connected?

I bought it used with a "new" motor with a warranty [1 year ] I rode it around the lake twice and it quit slowly and ended up locking up really weird only on top dead center on the right cyclinder .
So I pulled the motor called the guy I bought it from and sent it back .
While it was gone I yanked the injector pump off put a plate and 2 plugs in its place and filled the tank 3/4 full with amsoil interceptor oil.
Got the motor back installed it got it running mixed the gas 28 to 1 for tank fouled a set of plugs in about 2 hours of break in no wide open throttle at all
Then I took it out again and rode it most of a day for a full tank of 30 -to 1 mix still no wide open throttl;e although I went 3/4
1 1/2 tanks of gas
I put 5 gallions of 40 to 1 in and thought it should be ok rode for a while parked went back out and it quit .
Towed it home it was locked up pretty tight squirted wd40 down it turned it over by hand and got it free although still hard to turn by hand starter works fine.
pulled the head off some scoring on cyclinder but not aweful
Any ideas??
Ive had such bad luck I would think that 40 to 1 would be good

40:1 is 3.2 oz of oil to 1 gallon of fuel.

This may be a dumb question... but when you decided to go pre-mix... you did keep the oil tank hooked up to the center gears on the engine.... Right??
