Hey guys just wanted some of your opinions....im am planning on selling my 97 polaris slx 780 with a new top end.... the ski itself has 21 hours on it and as soon as i get this bogging issue taken care of she will be for sale...as far as the asking price goes what do you guys think its worth... it will be on single place shorelander trailer..(the one in the pic of my xp) the trailer is in great shape and everything on it works....the VTS works on the ski as well as the guages..... I would say on a scale of 1-10 its a 8 body wise it has a few boo boo's but what ski thats 15 years old dosent.... just wanted your opinions or just tell me what you would offer if you wanted one

GEEZZZZZ ! Give it more than 40 minutes. Most people don't even come into this section.

Polaris is hard to put a price tag on. Since they no longer make PWC... most people wont touch them. But, honestly... parts are easier to get than any Seadoo from the 90's. AND... in many ways... they are better than Seadoo.

Basically... it's worth the same as a 96 XP or 97 SPX. $1500 to $2200 depending on how pretty it is.

if it was a 1200 pro, or 900 Varage... I'd buy it.

The "Domestic" 1200 engine is the SMOOOOOTHEST 2-stroke I've ridden.

HA HA HA AHA .....man u make me laugh i just keep the thread visible thats the only way i find threads so i make it easy for everyone else..thanks for the reply and yes i am seeing that the parts are VERY easy to get and seem to be cheaper than seadoo too but i would never trade my rotax for a polaris LOL..thanks i was gona ask 1400.00 and hope to get 1200.00
