what is the pitch on the following bolts in the head and SC

Does anyone have the Pitch of the following bolt sizes for the head and SC rebuild?
I am at work and want to pic the taps up at lunch so I have them for the weekend.

From the Micro fiche I see the following.

M11 Head Bolts
M6 Most others
M8 Rocker Bolts

Are there any others I am missing?
