No no no - no clear lines for the fuel hoses. Get the fuel injection rated automotive fuel hose. It is black and has the FI labels. Auto parts stores have these on reels you buy per foot (metre?)
Clear tubing is fine for oil injection system - thicker wall is better, but sometimes harder to find a size that fits perfectly at thicker wall sizes. This can be has from many hardware stores (think aquariums).
