Thank you for posting. I have not called them and normally I would do that, but there are a few more issues involved that I don't want to discuss in a public setting. I think at this point I should just write this process off and call it a day.Have you tried calling Group K about the head?
Been using them for 30 years without a single issue. They are one of the best out there and always answer their phone. Why not give them a chance to make it right?
