Have you tried calling Group K about the head?

Been using them for 30 years without a single issue. They are one of the best out there and always answer their phone. Why not give them a chance to make it right?

Thank you for posting. I have not called them and normally I would do that, but there are a few more issues involved that I don't want to discuss in a public setting. I think at this point I should just write this process off and call it a day.

Ok. Sorry to hear that. All I can say is I have used them a lot in 30 years with nothing but great service. The sealant is very common in the performance ski world and any would have squeezed into that low spot. Saying that, all shops make mistakes, the difference between a good and bad one is if they make it right. Harry Klemm has always been a standup guy if you decide to call them.

I wish you the best luck to get this thing fixed and start enjoying it.
