Water in fuel. Doo' won't go over 20 mph

two weekends ago while fueling up, water (I would estimate about 8oz) got into the gas tank on my 1995 SeaDoo GTX. I've drained the fuel out, put in fresh gas, heet treatment, cleaned the carbs and changed the spark plugs. She starts fine, but won't go over 20 mph. Does anyone have any advice?

you may have to tear into your carb(s) and get the water out of there it can hide sometimes and cause lots of problems.

8 oz of water isn't much, but ridding it will mix it up and go into the carbs. Clean the carbs and internal filters and the problem should be gone.
