water in all three cylinders from cooling water intake?

Well, if you're out on the lake and can't get it to crank then jumper across the two terminal lugs of the starter solenoid and it should crank then. Maybe it will start too, the engine computer has to be woken up and alive by using the lanyard then jump the solenoid with pliers and it might start, I'm not certain of that though but it will crank by doing that.

I know, that is how I got here in the first place by not being certain of what I should have known all along???? My BAD!!
