VTS Indicator and Engine shuts off

Hi,
(1) I would like to know, how come is it possible that I can not see the VTS indicator on my digital panel of my Seadoo? Meanwhile the VTS motor was tested good one my friend's Seadoo.
(2) The Engine stops running after ridding it for 3 min in the water and don't want to start back until I put the Seadoo on the trailer and start the engine. You help will be appreciated.

check voltsat battery first. 12v non running, 14ish volts when at around 5k
