Well I went ahead and bought "The Trim Fix" module. Was kind of worried about it when I went to order it because I really couldn't find to much info, but that is all he sells on ebay and he had 100%. Shipping was really fast.

Best of all, it WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! For $70 it was much cheaper than buying the stock VTS and this one should last a lot longer. It wasn't very hard to hook up and came with very good instructions with color pictures. This guy spent his time and so far everything works right. The gauge still works too! To limit the travel you put a collar one the worm screw so it doesn't come off. I see no problems with this either.

If you have any questions just ask and I will try to answer them. I do highly recommend this to anybody looking to fix their VTS without the worry of having to replace it again in a few months.

I had some questions after I bought and received mine. I never got an answer, They
don't have a phone number, or address. No "customer Service". You get a box with
7 wires 6" long. No explanation anywhere. For instance: figure 1 (switch connector)
My ski has no connector, nor was one furnished. Just yesterday sent another RFI
and no responce.

There should be two wire looms coming out of the vts, follow them and choose the one with 6 wires in it that goes to a large flat connector. My colors matched up with three from the box. Then two of them go directly to the vts motor and the other 2 go to the battery. This was on a 1996 GSX. I didn't have any problems, just have to figure it out.

Does anybody know how to remove the actual motor from the vts module?
Took out the bolts but she wont pull out.

It is corroded onto the mounting bolts and the gear might be wedged in the worm gear as well.

I soaked the bolt threads with penetrating oil. But I still had to yank and pound on the motor assembly to get it off the module. In my case, I broke the eyelet on the port side of the motor casing.

I got fed up with the entire VTS assembly and just locked in the nozzle to center position and disconnected the motor wires.

I have motor = $35 Paypal if interested, Bills86e@aol.com

You can find a 1990 nissan 300zx passenger side window motor at u-pull-it yards.
Its an exact fit, just drill the threads with a 1/4" bit to slide it over the houseing studs.
