Unidentified Plastic Screw

I am a new owner of a 2004 GTI LE RFI and have been doing some cleaning. In the front I found a yellow plastic screw with 2 rubber washers on it. It looks like it could be off an old battery vent plug but the current battery is an AGM. It is about 1/2 inch long. Want to make sure it's not important. Thanks.

That is an old battery cell plug.
