Ugly Rub Rail!! Plasti dip? Opinions?

Since I'm goin the whole 9 yards.... New top, hydro turf, graphics stripped, mechanicals ALL rebuilt, all plastics n handles painted/dyed red or blue (like the seats, top n floor)... Gotta fix this ugly purple rub rail... Red plasti dip? What's ur opinion?

we used plastidip on one of my neighbor's skis. it only lasted a few hours before it started tearing off. but... we are in the chesapeake. salt water, big wakes and waves.

i would leave the purple and pick colors that work with it the old doo colors are making a come back and look way better than half the new stuff black and red are so over done or the dreaded not another black and yellow x4 :facepalm:

Here's where I am so far... Seats should be ready by midweek. Seats are all red with those stripes goining through back rests all the way into seats. Trailer is duck tape haha
