Trying to find starter issue

Hello, I am trying to troubleshoot my starter on port side motor and was wandering if it would hurt anything to leave the solenoid jump for an extended period while I test different places with the voltage meter to see where I'm loosing it or if it is in fact the starter itself?

Thanks for all the reply’s, I found a connection/corrosion issue.

Glad you were able to find the issue. Corrosion seems to be one of the top electrical problems on Sea-doo boats. This board gets slow during the winter, so it can be hard to get reply's right now.
