Has anyone seen a trailer jack with with ball bearings? My jack wheel sucks. I need to kick it to turn - even when the jet skis are off the trailer! Mine is the detachable type with the pin to hold it in place.
Actually... on that one... there is a thin nylon washer, as the thrust washer. It can be replaced with a hardware store ball washer.
With that said... I have the SAME one on my utility trailer. I just spray some chain lube into it ever couple months... and it's smooth as silk. (I like Maxxum chain wax)
Buy a fulton F2 jack and it will be the last one you ever buy. I have a thread with the info and pics. Its been on the trailer 2 seasons now, its awesome. Wish i had bought it sooner.

There is one of these setting at my local seadoo dealer, I have almost bought it two or three times for my double. I have heard other good things about them as well, not to mention they look sweet lol. I think I may have to snatch it up next time I go in there, only issue I have is they cost over half of what I paid for my trailer :lols: I am planning on doing a resto on the trailer this winter so I think that jack is def. in store for it..
Thanks. I'll check it out. I put some chain lube on my nylon thrust bearing that was suggested. I haven't tried it out since. If it still doesn't turn well, I'll check out the Fulton. Thanks again.
