I see from your picture you might have U.M.I bars how do you like them?

where did you buy them from?
what eles do you need for them (bar controls) or are they included? Id like to get finger throttle controls the thumbs get tired lol

yeah i think you need to buy the umi bars and then the whole finger throttle setup. my friend did it on his xp and its really sweet. i think it costs alot tho to get it all.

are the bars wider than stock set up. I am used too dirt bikes or quad style bars. I run tag or renthal fat bars they feel alot wider than the seadoo bars. might be from the narrower stance on a bike.

just looking for pros/cons

twist throttle would be even sicker but I dont think that would be that great from all the water exposure. hmmm maybe Ill try that out and keep the oem bar/pad

Hello.. Sorry, been at work the past couple days and couldnt make it on..

They are UMI racing components.. They were on the machine when I picked it up.. I did some looking around and I think all the parts come separate.. Meaning, I think the handlebar is separate, the UMI throttle is separate, the VTS/start/stop is billet and that is separate, and it has ODI lock on grips as well.. They do cost a lot of money but they are awesome and give the machine like, a motocross feel or something. LOL. Very smooth, especially the finger throttle. (oil injection delete might help as well)

So if youve got the money, maybe it would be what your looking for.. Not sure of the bar size, probably the standard size.. I bought the handgrips from http://www.blowsion.com/
