Timing chain broke

I have a 2012 seadoo challenger 210 w single engine. My head gasket failed and while I was taking off the head, the timing chain broke. My timing chain appears to be stuck on the bottom side of the gear.

Anyone experience this?

I tried to rotate the engine by hand through the supercharger but no luck.

Thoughts?

While not the same issue, it will give you some insight into some timing chain issues that are known by others.

One of the star looking bolts is stripped. Any tips for removal? Sam

Pic of the bolt in question? If you can get on the head of the bolt I've had great success with this tool http://www.craftsman.com/craftsman-10-pc-damaged-bolt-nut-remover-set-low/p-00952166000P
